Chimney: We try to keep things fresh and unique, and the influence from the myriad genres of music we listen to ideally comes through in our records.JAMusic: What can we expect from Chimney Records in 2013?The buffet restaurant - there was lots of choice for all the meals and of course there were people saying they couldn’t find things to eat however I’m unsure how as there was so much choice.Al-a-carte restaurants Red parrot - we ate here twice on both occasions food was lovely, the first time (with a late sitting) we had slow service from them with regards to drinks, the second visit the Pure lime - again ate here twice the food was lovely and the first time the service quite good although slightly rushed as was the last sitting of the evening, the second time we booked for 8pm (they are open until 11) and we were very rushed as they took away the starter plates they put down the mains plate meaning you had no time to relax between courses! There were some negatives that we found however for the most part everything was great. Our room - we had a room in vista 1 that the patio looked out onto the pool and beach it needed modernisation however it was clean and had all you would need so as we only slept in it we had no complaints.
