A North Carolina man whose ex-wife allegedly used the Ashley Madison extramarital dating website to hook up with another man is suing the woman's partner and Ashley Madison.
The complaint filed by 62-year-old Charlotte resident Robert Schindler alleges that Ashley Madison and Eleazar "Chay" Montemayor, 58, also of Charlotte, worked together to seduce Schindler's wife, wrecking his 13-year marriage, the Charlotte Observer reported.
The case, filed in 2012, received a preliminary hearing earlier this month in Mecklenburg Superior Court.
